MS. KIMBERLY MCAFEE, RN, DN, CM
Delegating Nurse
As the Delegating Nurse of Darling Haven Assisted Living, Ms. Mcafee offers significant expertise in senior care. With over 10 years of experience and three assisted living facilities of her own, Ms. Mcafee is a facilitator for the Maryland state Assisted Living Management course. Ms. Mcafee is available to our staff and residents 24 hours a day and is on-site to provide 45-day resident assessments, staff training and evaluate staff performance.
MS. CAROL DARLING, MBA, CMT
Owner & Assisted Living Manager
Ms. Carol Darling is the Owner, Founder & Manager of Darling Haven Assisted Living. Ms. Darling has an extensive financial-accounting background as well as a strong passion for working with the elderly population. With over 15 years of experience caring for the elderly, Ms. Darling has several certifications including the Assisted Living Management Course, CPR/First Aid, and as a Certified Medication Technician.
MS. SHANNAL SULLIVAN, CMT
Alternate Assisted Living Manager
Ms. Shannon Sullivan is our Alternate Manager. Ms. Sullivan also has her certification in the Assisted Living Management Course, CPR/First Aid, and as a Certified Medication Technician. Ms. Sullivan has over 10-years of experience working with the elderly.
